How the per-student fee works
You pay for each student enrolled on a program, so a small academy pays little and the cost grows only as your batches grow. Larger and multi-campus academies can move to a custom annual agreement instead.

How does the pricing work?
Diamond is $99 per month plus $9 per student / program. Platinum, the full white label, is $299 per month plus $5 per student / program, with a $1,000 one-time setup. Our next 10 academies get launch pricing: 20% off every month on both plans and 40% off the Platinum setup fee, with a further 7% off if you pay yearly. Larger and multi-campus academies get a custom annual agreement.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you don’t need a credit card. You run real mocks on a trial portal with your own questions, and you only pay when you decide to go live.
Can I start with just one batch?
Yes. Start with a 30-day paid pilot for one programme and one batch. The fee is credited to your first month if you continue.
What if it doesn’t work for us?
You’re covered twice. If your branded portal isn’t live within 7 business days of us receiving your complete question bank and student list, we refund the setup fee. And if you’ve run at least two mocks in your first month and aren’t happy, we refund that month’s platform fee.
Do you offer regional pricing?
Yes. Prices are listed in USD, and regional pricing is available. Tell us where your academy is based when you book a demo.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
